वेकोली निळजाई कोळसा खाणीत कर्मचाऱ्यांवर वाघाचा हल्ला

घुग्घुस (चंद्रपूर) : निळजाई कोळसा खाणीत कर्तव्यावर असलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांवर वाघाने हल्ला करून जखमी केले. ही घटना मंगळवारी सायंकाळी 6 वाजता दरम्यान घडली. या घटनेने कर्मचारी वर्ग भयभीत झाले आहे. केशव बापूराव नांदे (वय 53, रा. वासेकर लेआऊट), असे जखमीचे नाव आहे. सायंकाळी सहा वाजता दरम्यान अन्य दोन साथीदारांसह ते डोजर पार्किंगच्या जागेवर बसले होते. अचानक वाघाने मागून नांदे यांचेवर हल्ला केला. इतर कर्मचाऱ्यांनी आरडाओरड केल्याने वाघाणे धूम ठोकली.

या हल्ल्यात केशव नांदे जखमी झाल्याने त्यांना वेकोलीच्या घुग्घुस येथील राजीव रतन रुग्णालयात प्राथमिक उपचार करून पुढील उपचारासाठी चंद्रपूर येथे हलवण्यात आले. वणी परिसरात गेल्या तीन महिन्यापासून वाघाचा मुक्त संचार सुरू आहे. दोन जणांचा बळी वाघाने घेतला असून एकाला जखमी केले होते. त्यामुळे वन विभागाने वाघाला पकडण्यासाठी मोहीम हाती घेतली होती.

A tiger attacked and injured employees on duty at the Niljai coal mine.  The incident took place on Tuesday at 6 pm.  This incident has scared the employees.  The name of the injured is Keshav Bapurao Nande (age 53, Res. Wasekar Layout).  He was sitting at the Dodger parking lot along with two other companions around 6 pm.  Suddenly the tiger attacked Nande from behind.  As the other employees screamed, the tiger pounced.

 As Keshav Nande was injured in the attack, he was first treated at Rajiv Ratan Hospital in Ghugus, Wcl and shifted to Chandrapur for further treatment.  Free movement of tigers has been going on for the past three months in Wani area.  Two people were killed by the tiger and one was injured.  Therefore, the forest department had taken up a campaign to catch the tiger.
